Shipping
All International orders are shipped via USPS Global Express Mail and typically arrive to most destinations within 5 days. Some countries may add duties and/or customs charges to your shipment which they collect at the time of delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges incurred. Please see below for an approximate shipping cost to various International destinations:

All International sales are final. If for any reason the unit you receive is defective, simply return the same and we will replace the unit at no charge. We will pay for shipping to send out the new unit. The customer is responsible for shipping charges to return the unit.

Base Recharger
The electrical base unit used to recharge the handheld unit is devised for standard 110v (US) current. If being used in an area that provides a different voltage supply, you must use an adapter, converter, and/or transformer to properly augment the current. We are not responsible for the replacement of base units that have been improperly supplied with electricity.
